Pet Custody in Divorce?

It is happening more and more.  Divorcing couples have to come to an agreement about how to share custody of the family pet after their marriage fails.  In such cases, couples usually work out an agreement to share custody and some even set up trusts for their pets for estate planning purposes.  The issue is so established that pet counselors help these pets and their splitting masters on the behavioral impact of the divorce.
