Taco Bell Ordered to Pay Creators of Chihuahua Ad Campaign

According to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Taco Bell owes two Michigan men $42 million.  In the late 1990’s, the pair pitched the “psycho chihuahua” concept to Taco Bell, but Taco Bell took the concept to another ad agency, who developed the infamous “Yo Quiero Taco Bell” ad campaign.
